SASAFF is hosting the 2022 Western Cape Sport Aerobic, Fitness & Hip Hop Championships on 4 + 5 June 2022

Athletes will participate in Sport Aerobics Individual and Duo categories as well as Fitness Aerobic- & Fitness Step Teams.

In the Hip Hop division, dancers will participate in the Hip Hop Unite categories

Duo’s, Small Crews, Mega Crews & Solo Battles as well as in the Beginner Level, Hip Hop Start Crews
